Pilots

Welcome · Bienvenido · Bienvenue

Since 1978 we have brought together those who fly paragliders and hang gliders in Jalisco — from the Tapalpa sierras to the Yelapa coast. Whether you fly with us for a single day or for many years, you will find an organized community, well-kept sites and people willing to share the sky.

Your flight, your responsibility

Flying in Jalisco is a privilege we share with landowners, local communities and other users of the airspace. That is why we say it plainly: every pilot is responsible for knowing and respecting the rules of the site where they fly.

  • The procedures and restrictions of each launch site
  • The applicable airspace and current notices
  • Authorized landing zones and private land
  • Your own level, equipment, license and insurance

The club organizes, manages access and informs — but it does not supervise or authorize individual flights. The decision to launch is always yours, and so are its consequences. If you have any doubt about a site, ask before you fly: there will always be someone in the community willing to explain it to you.

Welcome to Jalisco
